Your request

When you send the form, we get your name, phone number, email address, town and ZIP, the kind of tree work you picked, where the tree is if you said, and your notes.

Collected on its own

Along with the form we record which page you were on, the site that linked you here, any campaign tags in that link, and the time. Google Analytics, which uses cookies, tells us how the pages get used. It collects general device and location information.

The question flow

Your answers to "Whose tree is it?" stay in your browser. They come to us only if you go on and send the form.

Who sees a request

We use it to respond to you and to work on connecting you with a tree service. We share it with tree services that work in the Blackstone Valley so they can reach you about the job. Those companies may pay us to receive requests. We don't sell or pass your details to anyone else, such as data brokers or advertisers.

Getting in touch

We contact you by call, text or email about your request, as you agreed by ticking the box when you sent it.

Stopping contact and deleting

Reply "stop", or write to quotes@blackstonevalleytreequotes.com, and the contact ends. Ask and we delete your request from our records, and we tell any tree service we sent it to that you asked.

Companies that help run the site

Our host, our email provider and Google Analytics process information so the site works.

Keeping records

Requests are kept as long as they help with the job you asked about and our records, and are then deleted.

Adults

The site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Updates

When this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with its date. Questions go to quotes@blackstonevalleytreequotes.com.
